When I moved out I got stuck with over $1000 worth of bills that I paid in full. Now I'm finding collection acct's on my credit report that were his responsibility. I have a suspicion that he cancelled the change of names on our account and I just found almost $500 more in bills on my credit report that are past due. What kind of case would I have in small courts? There are bills that were accumulated after I moved out, like PG&E, Phone, and Water. Please help!

we went to school together since 6th grade and she liked me in 11th grade but i jsut liked her as a friend and after that i started to like her A LOT! and i decided to tell her how i felt and she told me she only saw me as a friend but i love her so much because when we hang out all i think about is her and what i can do or say to maker her laugh or feel good. but i dont know if i should just forget about it and stay as friends or keep trying and see if she later on sees me more than a friend. what should i do ??

I just got to know this guy from a friend of mine in a club. As I was the only person who did not know the whole bunch of people who were in their group. He kept me entertain throughout the night by chit chatting with me. This action of his really make me felt that he was a gentlemen. After hanging out with him, I think I might be interested in him. However, I did not had the opportunity to ask for his handphone or email. I know I may ask his number from my friend,but here is the tricky part how do I call/msg him but not let him know that I'm interested in him.

Note: I'm afraid if he knows that I am interested in him, he may freak out.

If you are in love......and then somehow move from "in love" to LOVING that person..is there some kind of mental transition? does your behaviour change towards a person somehow? how do you know that you are not in love anymore but you are LOVING THEM? and can you be "in love" and at the same time LOVE a person? what's the difference between "in love" and "love"...so like if im not willing to die for a person yet..im in love then.. but if im willing to die for them or say lose my right hand or vision for them..then i love them???? what do you think?

ok i am stressing out over this situation and its so irritating. i am starting to fall hard for my married doctor, i think he knew what he was doing when he started flirting since day one. i was not attracted to him in any way.. he is a lot older than i am. he knew exactly what to say and when to say it and how often to say it(which is basically every time i see him) his smooth comments about my looks and his compliments made me start noticing him more. his gray hair didn't seem as gray, he all of a sudden wasn't the ''old'' dr, but the older distinguished sexy guy...lol he always makes it an effort to say just the right thing to me and it gets more and more personal as time goes by. he takes me in his personal ofc and shows me pictures of his kids, but never mentions his wife..EVER. the only way i know he is married is because i see the ring. it seems as if he is waiting for me to show him a little bit of interest. i think he has a clue that i kinda dig him, but im not to sure.

Situation:
My friend accepted a guy's invitation to go out. During their firstdate the guy tries to kiss her (necking, petting and caressing her body)The guy say sorry when she confronted him. So,she tried to think it was the guy's way to show his affection only, however each time they go out the guy would do the same thing and it is starting to confuse her if the guy really love her or he is just after her body. Everyone thinks and tells her that the guy is head over heels inlove with her, but the guy didn't say a word. She's so down because deep inside she's also starting to feel that she is falling in love with the guy..

There's this guy I'm going out with whom I adore a lot. He has many of the things I tend to look for and feel attracted to in a guy.

He has cultural values, experiences, intellect, minds his physical appearances, and is just overall quite appealing to me emotionally and physically.

The only problem I have is that he's huge on listening and not on talking. If I tell him something, his general reply is "That's good" or "I don't know."

Don't mistake me. He isn't bored with me, I can reassure you. It's that he doesn't know how to reply my quirky/weird/curious stories and feels any answer he could reply with is inadequate.

But it's getting frustrating. He knows so much about me, yet I don't feel as if to him.

I just wish he would open up to me! But how?? Not a lot, but at least something, you know what I mean?

A little bit of mystery I can understand, but not a complete stranger!

What should I do?
