I was wondering what it is that you like or what turns you on if your a woman? Is it his eyes, muscles, personality...a combo?

You are going to get a different answer from every chick. The answer is all of the above. It's the whole package. It's not about trying to live up to a standard of looks, money or personality. It's about getting in the game, taking some shots, and plugging away until you finally make a score. The more you play the better you get.

I think the answer is in his kiss. But next to that it would be his eyes, they are the first thing a woman notices about an attractive man.

An attractive face (specifically, eyes, mouth, and good symmetrical bone structure), good hair cut, grooming/hygiene/dental hygiene, confidence (but NOT arrogance), a SMALL amount of good cologne (tip: if you can smell it on yourself, it's too much. Less cologne = she needs to get closer to you to really smell it.), taking care in the way they dress (it doesn't need to be Armani, but it should be stylish and flattering), and they should obviously care about their health (no smoking, no drinking to excess, avoiding junk food, knows where the gym is, etc).
Character traits that are attractive: chivalry, honesty, personal integrity, genuineness/sincerity, strong enough to show his weak points, sense of humour, intelligence, and is decidedly lacking sexual hang-ups.

obviously, women like the way a man looks, but the biggest turn on for me is bluntness (with taste) and romance, and of course, compliments. women love to think that you are investing their time in them, and let's face it, we're pretty vain little creatures. If a man tells me I'm smart and gorgeous and he'd love to get to know me, even if he is not insanely hot, it makes a big difference.

Sense of humor and a nice personality to boot...perfect...I have been hooked on online dating and I found this cool site called webdate*com and it's nice that I am able to meet men who are exactly my type..and so date-worthy too!

Maleness in mind and body. Sensitivity in heart. That just gets them so hard, they melt.
As for men (towards women)...Hmmm, guess its much the same way.
