My husband and i have lived like roomates for almost 7 years....within the first 2 years i tried like he!! to keep somthing like this from happening, eventually i adapted to the emotional abandonment, toughined up and just delt with it. We're trying to repair whats been damaged, the more he apoligizes for beeing so heartless....the more i realize how much he really didnt care. He tells me all the time to "forget the past"

He only wanted to try to start fixing things between us when he saw me laughing with another guy.....im was enjoying the time i had with him (my friend).

He got very mentally abusive for about a solid year.....and i dont know if i have the energy for this relationship anymore.

Why did my (soon to be ex-wife) allow me to set up counseling, trying to hug her and pray with her, started back reading devotionals with her, put up with her major depressive disorder, trying to hold her hand...nothing was warming her up anymore....I tried all this without any type of intimacy for almost 2 months! I found out during all my attempts she took her lover to a family funeral (while I kept our son for 3 days!)
I am so ANGRY right now, that she let me do all that work trying to show her how much I loved her while she was sneaking around Cheating & getting another Nest READY(possibly pregnant)! I never cheated or hit her. . . . and instead of telling me she just pushed me away by behaving cold and callous ( She would sit completely on the other side of the room...Everytime) She was telling me mean and hurtful things like " I am not aroused by you anymore"
" I can deal with you cheating on me better than not having my
rent paid!" Those words really hurt!

Okay, I filed a pending case, on my wife (1 mo. separated), at the PD (where she works as a typist...lol).....She took a closed accountcheck from Bank A and Forged my name onto it , scratched out her name on the imprint and put my dl # on it. Then she puts her name in the Pay to the order section & write in the memo section " separate household expenses". Writes the Amnt of $750. She takes it to Bank B and Deposits the Forged /Bad Check and Cashes out only $100 due to Bank B putting a 5 day hold on the remaining amount. I believe when I was there filing the report, she was told about the incident because it took me an hour to complete an affadavit. Which I have been told it only takes 15 min to do. So how long does it usually take to get someone prosecuted usually? And do you think she will be fired for this?
