Friends - February 2007

im in the 7th grade. i have this really good friend at my school named Meena who i always hang out with and we also have a lot in common. but the only problem is, she always kicks me and pulls my hair and smacks me. she claims that she is just joking around and she doesnt mean to hurt me but sometomes it really does HURT!!!!! For example, while we were waiting to be picked up after school today i was texting someone and she tried to grab my phone. when i didnt give it to her she grabbed my hand and dug her nails in so deep that i started bleeding. what can i do? this girl is one of my best friends.

so I have this friend we used to be really close and did everything together and knew everything about eachother. then she got a boyfriend and suddenly everything changed. she only ever talks to him and never pays attention to me. like I will call her and she always makes up an excuse not to tallk to me.

I dont know whether to fight for our friendship or just give her her space and let our friendship fall apart...

i was best friends with julia, then carissa came and everything was ok. then i became really mean to them. i don;t know why, though. anyway, we got in a fight and that was their excuse for not being my friend. they're all happy without me. i've cried so much these past months. they hate me now. and it hurts me. julia and i were so close. and carissa and i were becoming great friends.
then this happened. it hurts me so much bcuz julia and i were did everything together. we shared secrets. i feel like she's telling everybody. i wish they knew how i felt. i want to be their friends again, but they talk about me and avoid me. i feel hopeless. i'm alone. and they have each other. i need someone like them in my life again. i need someone to make me smile again. but who? i have no one. it's hard to make new friends. it's almost like i can't. i feel like just isolating myself from everone. then i won't feel all the hurt i feel now. it's hard, though. they need to see the new me. b4 it 2 late

Do you see anything wrong with me , i have braces, glasses, a plain hairstyle, and i dont wear any makeup , i'm only in jr high and no one likes me i do great in class i am very smart i'm not a nerd.... i play 7 instruments including the eletric guitar and drums , i am very smart with computers i have my own web site,my computer teacher says that i'm realy smart to figure these things out that only a senor in highschool would know, I'm creative , i act , i'm great at drawing . But everyone hates me . I was sent a get out of our school mesage from a kid and people are framing me by putting stuff on the bathrom walls and signing it with my name. People swear at me just to get me away from the m . I don't swear and i'm not a perv. but everyone is. I cant stand it .I cant find any people to be partners with in class and people are saying bad things about me behind my back.. I'm a missfit. please help.

Ok so my neighbor calls to talk to me and I had to cut it short because I was trying to get my daughter to bed because she has school and I was trying to comfort her because she was crying about her dad.(long story) Well the neighbor comes over and keeps knocking on the door for about 10 minutes, I did not answer it. I have to get up and get my daughter off to school and I have to drive an hour and a half to the Dr's. I am not a mean person but I did not need or want any company at that time. She knows that my daughter has school and I have a Dr appt. Anyway do you think I am mean for not answering? If so how should I have handled the situation? Thanks

Okay. Well my good friend, committed suiside about a month ago. But there is a problem. The way it all happened, was his BEST friend, his neighbor, ran over to his garage where this all took place to try and save him. For the worse, he was 2 late. He saw his best friend jump. He ran home to get his dad, and they triied everything, but he couldn't come back.

The kid who committed suiside's best friend, is also one of my good friends. He has a very bad temper, and he came to me for help because "the whole night keeps playing back in his mond over and over about this time every night" and i really need some advice to give him. Thanks for any suggestions.

Here's the situation my best friend and i got back from a concert about 8 week ago we had a great time right i drop her of at home i told her i would call her the next day, i pick up my cousin and we grab some drinks and we are driving around and he called her to have a few with us, but when he called her i didn't know he was talking to her right; she had said she was bored i said only boring people get bored, and he told her i said that i thought he was talking to his friend, in fact he was talking to my best friend, we get to her place she didn't look at me or talk to me at all, i know i should have apologized as soon as possible but didn't think that this would happen, i try and call her and she will not return my calls i don't know what to do, what should i say to her in the message when i call it's been 8 weeks, So sad need your HELP !

I always bring my basketball to this hang-out area in my school so I can wait for my friends to stop eating so we can play basketball. I always put it on the floor while I'm waiting. Anyway, when I was ready to leave to play basketball, my Asian friend was sitting on the ball eating his lunch. I told him twice to get off, but he didn't move. I gave him a little shove, but still he didn't get off. So, I kick the ball twice, and the third time I kick it really hard. He gets up and kicks me on the leg, and tells me not to come around anymore. Being the nice guy I am, I didn't punch him, I just told him that I started kicking the ball because he wouldn't move. Anyway, he was very pissed off at me, told me "not to come around anymore", and I just went to play basketball with another group of friends today. Anyway, what are your thoughts on this? Did he overreact? Did I do something wrong? What should I do tomorrow at the hang-out spot? By the way, there is no apologizing for either of us.
