no its not weird. i have done it plenty of times. i tend to act more mature for my age. you probably blanked and just responded with the age you feel then what you really are. dont sweat it.

I did the same thing after my last birthday. I turned 36 in July, but told everyone 37. Didn't realize my mistake until into September. That's sad.

Here's a trick, just say "Well what I can say for now is that I'm legal to drink". Even though you're not. Do it, it works. If not, go somewhere and look at your own ID. lol
Forgetting your age??? Come on, unless you're that old or have a short term memory.

That usually happens in your late 30 's for some strange reason.I no two of my friends it happened to not counting me.So you see it isn't funny at all maybe what it really means is we are getting older and don't want to no so we wipe it from our minds.

It happens at occassion of time cause your mind was already processing on something else when the question was asked. But one should never forget how old they are unless they are senile.

I have to remind myself all the time that I'm an old woman and must remember to act that way sometimes. I act like a kid when I want to and know young people are probably laughing...oh well...it beats crying!!! :)

When I first got into my forties, I could never remember which forty-year I was. Guess it didn't seem to matter anymore :)
