I say you should print out your question and mail it to her with a very large "I'm Sorry!!!!" on the envelope. That or bring a pizza to her house and just hash it out the way friends do.

It's probably the reason she's mad at you, yes. Are you two more than friends? Because my guess is, if you were just best friends, she would have laughed it off. Maybe she has feelings for you and this really hurt her because she thinks it's your way of saying you don't feel the same?
I guess the best thing to do is to tell her the truth. You weren't talking about her, so don't worry about it! Just be honest with her and explain the situation and how it got out of hand. If she's really your friend, she will understand. If she won't return your calls, try sending an E-mail about the misunderstanding. I'm sure she'll come around.

Yeah man, she is pissed.
You went to a concert with her, and now she thinks you had a lousy time because you think she is boring.
You didn't explain to her your misunderstanding about the phone call or apologize that night.
If you would have just took her aside that night and explained, you would be cool.
What I would do, if she will not talk to you, is have your cousin explain to her what happened, and tell her you have been trying to get a hold of her to explain, but she won't answer you.
Since he was the one on the phone that night, she will listen when he explains.
But after he talks to her, get your butt over there and get it straightened out.
NO, DO NOT CALL HER
DO NOT TEXT HER
DO NOT IM HER
Show up on her doorstep and talk to her.

This is probably the reason why she is mad at you. Email her or leave a message on her phone explaining that you didn't know it was her on the phone, and you thought it was a friend of your cousins. Be sincere, and tell her how much she means to you as a friend. Hopefully she will be understanding and turn her attitude around.
~Best Wishes!!!~

well even if it would have been about her, it's still no reason for her to act like a girl, i mean hey, what's wrong with a good joke, i love it when people say crap like that, cause it give's me a reason to have a joke with them, tell her to loosen up and learn how to have some fun, if she don't return your call even then, well hey you have nothing to lose, cause she's not talking to you now anyway.

I think you should buy a pizza, write an apology note in it , stick the note under the pizza, put it on her doorstep, knock/ring doorbell, and run and hide.

if she is ur best friend then she'll forvgive you after a while. There is no weakness in asking for forgivness. and if you don't appologize how is she supposed to know if u're sorry? i think u should ask for forgivness, adn do something nice, to prove it.
