Friends - December 2006

here is the scenario. on september of 2005 my friend was driving both me and another friend. both of us were intoxicated. My friend driving had is car on and in drive when my other friend laid on top of my friends car hood. my friend driving was talking to a girl and began to roll his car and then turned his gead forward and saaw my firend on his hood. my friend driving slammed on his breaks. My friend on the hood just scraped himself. He had a bit of road rash. He went through an entire football season, wrestling season, bought two gym meberships and continued working and doing everyday stuff. He is now trying to complain of a knee injury and blames it on that night. does he have a case? It is almost 2007 now

Heres the thing. I bought the girl I was seeing a Victoria's Secret gift card for Christmas.We had stopped seeing each other so the last gift I gave her, she asked me not to get her anything else becasue she didnt feel right.So now I got this VC gift card.I have all girls in my family (sisters,cousins,Aunt) but I think this would be creepy to give to one of them.
I have a really good female friend though that has been there for me through a lot and we are really close and I could think of no one else who would deserve this more.Of course I was gonna get her something but now that I have the card I was thinking I can give it to her.I just dont want her to feel wierd and think something else like I want to see her in lingerie or whatever.Should I just give it to her and not think about it or should I tell her the truth so that she dont feel wierd.I just dont want her to feel bad either like Im giving her someone elses gift.Opinions?

I've kind of come to the conclusion that this is really the right thing for me to do. I'm not exactly happy about it. I'm a senior in high school, and decided last year I was going to try to make new friends the next year. But I feel like I've blown all my chances and I'm depressed and half the time I don't even want to be with people anymore. And I feel like there are two groups that I like that don't like each other and I don't want to get caught up in that. I want to be above that So I think I'll just keep to myself for the rest of the year and not try to make friends anymore. Is this a good decision?

I think she is mad at me because she came over and she said that she liked my clothes and make-up better than hers and she asked me if she could borrow them and I said no because all the ones that she suggested were my favorite and I was afrais that I wouldnt get them back. I wouldnt let her borrow my make-up becaouse I need that and last tome I lent out make-up, I never got it back. Should I be the one to apologize first??

my point is why have so many people been getting emails about this rewarding you for reaching certain levels with a hat or a badge a pen or even a book mark i know someone whos on level 5 and did not get an email and i know a few people in the united kingdom who are on level 7 and above who did not get one either so how many of you have been rewarded by yahoo and how many people have not had anything and is it specific countries that get rewarded
