I am looking for a friend that I went to Basic Training with from Aug 1995 to Oct 1995. What is the best way of going about searching for the person? The only info that I have is the name of the person and the address of where we went to basic training at. Thank you a head of time!!

I am getting either an eyebrow peircing (a simple bar) or a nose ring (a micro stud or small gemstone chip)

Which one do you think would suit my face better? It's gonna be on my right side, since I sleep on my left.

my best friend is makeing one of the biggest mistakes in her life and i know that i cannot control what she does and that i can only advise her on her way but she is 16 and she is trying to marry someone who sells crack he is 19. She says that they love each other and thats why they are engaged but she is going to end up getting hurt and she is turning her back on everyone that loves her so when he is gone she is not going to have nobody else. I know this is what is going to happen can anyone give me advice on what to tell her to hopefully make her see what she is doing. Once again she is 16 wanting to marry this guy have his kid and move out.

i find far more than ever this world, especially the usa, for the most, treat the elderly like they are a burden and using up resources. unless you have a great family and friends, that is. personally, i don't. and i find i am not alone that way. we are, as the britcom title goes: "waiting on god." bingo anyone!

I'm 21 and my best friend is 20 we met in college a couple years back. Anyway this year she took a break from college and works at a time demanding job and has a boyfriend.

We only have a few minutes to chat on the phone and she wishes there was more time we'd chat.

Well I asked her, when can we just meet up and chat? She said that she's been super busy because of her job and needs to cover for her boss because her boss has doggie issues. She said we'll eventually meet up soon and I'm welcome to stop by and visit her at work.

So what does that response mean? That we're still best friends or what?

yesterday I had a fight with my mom. by the way I am 21. I have a full time job. and school. my parents don't want me to do anything but work. I cant go out. and if I did my mom will call me bad name..my mom accuse me that I do bad thing.. I m old enough to know what to do.. they want me to married someone I don't want... I don't want to do that. so lift home. with out money or anything...I had good Friend that I sated with last night. then he drive me to work this morning. and he give me money... my dad call me to asked where did I slept I told him with Friend.. he ask me if I was ganna came home.....I said.. no.... is this is right.......I do wanna go home in fact the apartment is under my name.. so ligely I shouldn't go.. but I lift everything ... Not to long ago after I dispute my girl and I had she went behind my back and went out with another guy and was sendin him sexy emails and things of that nature. I found out and gave her a pice of my mind. After 2 weeks she says she learned her lesson? But did she? At this point my trust for her a fell...i guess i was bein nieve but my trust for her was 150% and also it was the fact im in school about to graduate in a week and shes out with another guy flirtin who she said he was just a friend..well you dont send a FRIEND a sexy email. I dont trust her all like that anymore? But lately she has been tryin to get back with me...I do see her attempts, she is tryin but i am still unsure and taken back by what happened among other things WITHIN our relationship that a could and coulda dealt with but now since she got caught doin somethin she shouldnt of been doin, im just not sure...please give me your detailed insight

Why is it that the poorest people in the world get everything u want but when u have it its not as good. See there's this family and they have portable dvd players and cellphones movies and everything else but me i have nothing i just had a birthday and i got 5 things and they werent really anything i wanted except the frog and my chemical romance t-shirt and even my friends forgot my birthday. and my parents wont let me do anything becuase while every one else has boyfriends and girlfriends i cant have one and its not fair i cant even have my ears pierced and everyhting is a weight issue with my mom i have to lose weight to do anything. if i want to get my belly button pierced i have to lose 20 pounds and for me the is to much i am 6.1" and weight 105. it is not fair.
