The only way to have a friend is to be one.I recently had a fight with one of my closest friends.I found out that she talked badly about me behind my back.So much for true friendship...now it's all gone.Do u think that the nature of friendship remains the same troughout a person's life?

I was talking with this guy occasionally, and told him that I'm not into that whole cy ber thing....for a while he was cool, and we just talked. A few days ago, he was trying to "go there" and I reminded him several times that he was not talking to one of "those" friends and "it's me....remember?" He said he did remember me, and kept on with it. Finally, I had to tell him off, but am wondering what posessed him to do this? I told him the first time we chatted, that I am a flirt, but keep it pretty clean....and that I don't do that, and that it would not hurt my feelings any if he didn't want to talk to me anymore, that I understand. He was cool, up until that point. what's up?

oh boy, i feel so shocked....a senior in my school just got in acar accident this morning...and she didnt make it...she was so nice...this school has never been so quiet...im gonna cry...she didnt deserve to die....even the tough guys are crying.....whats gonna happen to her mom? she didnt deserve it...she didnt ******* deserve it...

I am so tired of going through school liking girls that I cant go out with or "they just dont like me that way". I have only went out with 3 people since I have been out of 6th grade. Even though some girls that I like, like someone else or their parents arent allowing them to have boyfreinds. I am getting tired of this. Why should I even bother? And what should I do?

although i will refrain from using names i thought a certain girl who was my freind who called herself a "anime punk" betrayed me and hurt me in the worst possible way. now since i made freinds with her friends she is trying to pull them away from me by spreading horrible lies which i cant put the details of those lies on here. in my personal opinion she is still a child if she is a punk in college. her friends dont know who to believe and some threathen to hurt me what should i do?

My boyfriend is younger than me. I have talked to younger dudes every now an then, but im into older guys more. But when I started talking to him love wasnt even in the picture. I was in class doing my work copying notes off the board. And As I was doing it something hit my face,and then I opened it and read it, it was stick people of my friend Asnley and some boy.And then I showed my friend and then the person who threw it at me got mad because me and my friend read it.So I have an gap in my teeth and I wear glasses, well i don't wear them, only when i cannot see but I was wearing them in class so the girl got mad and drew an picture of me on the board.
But I was pissed because she trying to draw me butt teeth and an huge gap my gap isn't that big.(i'm in the 8th grade).
I started to cuss her out knock her stuff down then it got to the point i wanted to fight her.Yes my friend was pushing me out of the door and when i want to fight i have the tendancy to cry.. This was about to be my first fight, of course I'm black and it was white girls, then I tried to snitch on them.The bad part is that they don't know I cut myself and I was about to kill myself.

I'm going out with this guy. His name is "Bob". And my BEST friend, "KC" thinks he's hot and I cant mention his name around her becuase she gets mad. I dont want her to hate me, but I still want to keep going out with "Bob". My other friend told me that "KC" isnt a true friend if she doesnt support you or your boyfriend even if she DOES like him. Then when you find out they have been lying to you they freeze up. not cool. I hate that about poeple. because they say they keep it real and they really don't. Has anybody every had a friend, family member, or just someone they hanged a round trusted treated them that way.

So....my roomate and I admitted our attraction to each other one night and ended up making out with each other and sleeping in the same bed (DID NOT have sex) a couple times..the last time was 2 weeks ago... since then, things have been increasingly akward, even tho he was the one who said he did not want things to be weird. He goes out of his way to not talk to me sometimes (don't get me wrong, sometimes he CAN be cool), and now he gets really mad when I talk on the phone in front of him, also recently told one of my other roommates that I annoy him. He won't even look me in the eye anymore. I don't know why this is; he seemd to like me a lot before this, and now he's acting REALLY different. Why? ANd how do I approach this to make things better between us?

I have been babysitting for 8 years and I'm getting alittle burned out of it. One of my clients just told me she was approved for free childcare and is going to move her daughter to that daycare. So I was thinking well if I want to stop it will be the perfect oppurtuntiy for me to do so. I can tell my other client that I can't afford the paycut so I am going to have to get a job outside of my home. It's a hard decison for me because I have had the same kids for the hole time and I love them like they were my own. So it's a hard thought for me to think of not having them with me everyday. But I'm kinda liking he idea of going back to a regualr job, my kids are both in school now.

A friend of mine has a daughter in college. After her freshmen year her parents could not afford to send her to college any more. The girl comes to me and I said I could help if she cleaned my house once a week each semester I would pay the tuition and books. She agreed. 16 weeks later she only cleaned 3 times. each time I would call or email to find out when she would clean again, she would say "oh, next feiday or saturday"...but never show up. At the end of the semester she said "well I have already spoke with the academic advisor about my next semester's classes". ..I told her money was tight and I was not able to help again, you better look for a part time job...she got mad and said I promised to help. I said correct, but hello...you didn't do squat...i know there are people out there that would pull weeds for a college education..but this girl took advantage of the situation. I don't feel obligation to do nothing, not even a second chance.
