my best friend and i havr knowen each other for quite AL long time and i'm a big gift giver at christmas, but she always gets upset with me for buying her family a gift. Should i not buy anything? or just keep doing it .

I have this "friend" who I met at university this year. We used to get along and do things together but now she just seems to keep me on her lower tier. She never involves me in anything she does (although me and my friends often will invite her to do things with us) and just seems to use us as resources to get what she wants. For example, she hadn't talked to my friend "Ann" for quite a while but when she found out that my friend "Ann" was having coffee with someone that she fancied, she called her up and asked her to come along.
She also had dinner at her flat (in halls) with someone she knows I really really like (if u know what i mean) but she wasn't a good enough friend to invite me down so I could spend time with them.

Should I just tell this girl that she sucks or should I just keep quiet and accept that some people are rubbish?

I liked this guy who went to my summer program and he asked my friend if i liked him so i told her to tell him and she did then he stopped being my friend he goes to my school and every time i saw him he tried to hide from me and now he's my friend again but all his friends hate me because this other guy named Jaime tells them stuff about me and because of that I can't talk top him at school and now i want to give him a present before i move to Miami and ican't because i'm scared of those girls there's about 10 of them What should I do ???

This is a little, but can grow, conflict. This is regarding 2 friends and a couple. I'm in middle in school, and you nkow, in middle schools rumours can grow big and serious. When I wasin math class, my friend Katherine, told me that Mac admitted that he was bisexual to chloe(Mac's current girlfriend). IWe wenren't the only ones in this conversation. Multiple people heard it. Even MAc's friends Tori and Amanda. After my math class, I went down to the locker room to change, and MAc was there. So I told Mac everything Katherine told me. Then, at the end of the school day, I saw Chloe and Mac talking. Then Chloe began to talk louder. So, I overheard it, snice we were going down the same narraw stairwell. To, get Chloe attention, I said "who me you're talking about?". She said "NO! Katherine!". But still I don't feel confident with that. I just tried to tell Mac early that saomeone was spreading romours about him. I thnk Chloe was crying went she ran out of the school.

I manage a Tanning salon. I hired this girl back in February, to be one of my staff memebers. She actually ended up be pretty awesomem in a lot of ways. We became really good friends, and she also became my assistant manager. Back in Oct, I left the company and started a different job. And they promoted her to Manager of a the salon. Well, that job didn't work out, so i wanted to go back to the salon. So i did, they ended up demoting Heather, only because she wasnt doing a good job at managing. And she's really pissed, she says she knows its not my fault, but I just dont believe her, i think she blames me... What should I do, how do i approach things?

I have this girl who's been my friend for about 2 years. Recently she has started hanging out with this girl from her past, and has started doing coke, but is hiding it from me, i'm not stupid. to top the case we were going to all go out tonight to celebrate my 21 birthday she sent me a text message about an hour ago telling me she had the flu and couldn't make it. I'm so angry at her. She keeps lieing to me and I am sick and tired of it. What should I do? I'm not good at confrontation and dont want to go up to her and say anthing, but i dont know what else to do?

another strange thing happened yet again to me.This time my friend and I we are always talking and teasing one another!My friend is concerned about her figure I told her she looks great,but she insists she is still fat.She weighs about 130lbs.I told her that its up to her look out for her self.After a lengthy talk the only thing she should do is to tone her figure and she would be fine. i have 2 best friends (well not any more kind of) and they where lik really in love they used to send notes to each other and lean in their shoulders like every day in the bus. and like hold hands but then their love started fading away. they got in a lot of fight like every 2 weeks and i kept tell the dude that everything was going to work out but sometimes it didn't for a while and sometimes it did like the next day. he kept telling me that he wanted to brake up with her and that he had been having alot of crushes recently and one of them we me!! i got srprised and wanted to say: " ok i dont want to get in your buissnes but just rake up with her and dont like me" well time passed on and then on Wednesday she said that she only wanted to be friends not bfs he was happy about it (i guess he was hopping up and down and laughing) well we where ok with it (hes friends) then like today he got all pissed withe everybody he cried and that is just getting everybody pissed. im confused SOS!!

I have been friends with this girl since the 4th grade. So roughly 14 years. This summer she broke up with her boyfriend and picked up and moved to 1500 miles away to be with her ex boyfriend and is now engaged with out even telling ANYONE. So she has called my other friends but not me. When i asked a mutual friend why she said its because im still friendly with her ex!!! So a "best friend" of 14 years who is 1500 miles away with her fiance wont speak to me because I occasional talk to her ex. JUST AS FRIENDS.. She's the one who picked up and left with out saying goodbye! Am i the only one who thinks this is crazy?

well... if two ppl luv each other ,..feel strongly .. all the emotions that revolve in luv..have chemistry ...but they cannot be ... for some reason..both are married to different ppl..and the meeting continue..'cos of being friends>>>
a. Is it still love if both want to show ""hey i dont luv you no more"(body language) and want to be on "top"

I have a really good friend. She is so nice, but she is really getting on my nerves. Some of my friends are, like, really popular, and Anna says that they are too popular to hang out with and if I want to hang out with them, I can do it by myself. I'll agree and I'll hang out with my other friends by myself, but then Anna comes over and is all like "Where did you go? I thought we were friends!" What do I do???
