my best friend of 6 1/2 years, she been cutting herself and trying kill herself!!! she's only my bestest friend i ever had in my life!! please help me and my best friend!! thanks

you want to help her? do her parents know what has been going on? you can start by telling them or a teacher at school or someone you trust who can get her the help she needs.
afraid to do that? trust me you will wish you had if she does herself in and everyone is staring at you because you knew and did nothing about it.
she cant help herself, she needs someones help and its bigger than you talking to her.

Let her stay over at your house for a sleep over on the weekend and try to see if she feels better, most likely she has problems at home and wants to get away from it, remind her of all the fun times you guys used to have together, if she admitted that she actually wanted to kill herself, beg her not to, and whatever you do don't tell anybody because they are gonna have her get put on medication, I lost my best friend because of this, DO NOT let them put her on medication.
