my best friend and i havr knowen each other for quite AL long time and i'm a big gift giver at christmas, but she always gets upset with me for buying her family a gift. Should i not buy anything? or just keep doing it .

Well if she cannot afford it then maybe you shouldn't. It can be quite upsetting if your friend can buy you a gift but you can't do the opposite (or in this case your family). I would maybe just make a personal gift that is inexpensive.

If it truly upsets her then you might want to stop. Give the gift on a different day , a just because sort of gift.
Tell her that if it upsets her that you will not do it anymore. She knows you and knows you like to give gift's but she is clearly telling you that she does not like for you to do that.

Any idea why it upsets her? Does she get something for you? I'm guessing no...maybe because she can't afford to? That could make her feel bad. If that's why, maybe you should stop, or maybe scale it down to a smaller gift with more sentimental value than monetary.

Don't buy her anything if she gets upset. Just put some time into making a card. She may like a homemade card better then anything else.

the position I stay they have dollar Tree! loopy?? no longer fairly!!! This position is large!! they have each thing!! Hair Stuff, Christmas decorations, issues for the living house, toys for kids, figurenes(??Spelling blunders), playing cards, balloons, each thing!!! And this is all a dollar!
