I think I know what they can do to put on a few extra pounds.

Well first, just talk to them and tell them that their anorexia is bothering you (if it is).

Then hold a contest for "Who can eat the most healthy foods".

Like put 2 huge bowls of vegetables and fruit in front of them and say "Whoever eats the most of these will win a prize." It'z a good idea right?

Oh you pick the prize because you know your friends better than I do!

This can be extremely serious. Many people, especially teen girls, go through bolemia and anorexia. If it is serious and severe, there can be serious health consequences. First, talk with your friends. Ask them if they recognize what they are doing. Ask them to consider seeking counseling. There are many support groups for these conditions. There are psychologists and therapists who specialize in treating these disorders. If your Friends won't seek help consider talking to someone at school or their parents. This is for the best good of the victim. Also, consider that these are choices your friends are making. If they realize the significance of their choices, perhaps your job is to observe and give them whatever love and support you can. They may have to bring themselves out of it. Your decision...and its a tough one.

Tell someone. Try to get them some help. It is a mental and eating disorder. It is all in their head they are fat and need to loose weight. As their best friend they need you to help them. Try Tyra Bank's web site. She can link you to someone or something that can help you! Look up the key word Bulimia or Anorexia on the Internet. Hope you find what your looking for. Good Luck!!!!

There's nothing much you can do. Tell them how much it hurts you and everyone else they know. Let them know all the time that they dont need to be anorexic or belimic.

Well talking to them is the first step. But don't worry about doing it over lunch! But tell them that if they don't get help, you'll get it for them. Let them know you are aware of it and unless they seek help, you'll tell anyone necessary to get them the help they need. Act now...before it's too late.

For a bulimic... don't let them binge. When they eat, try helping them w/ their portions. Don't let them go to the bathroom right after eating. Explain about "good" fat in foods.
Also, tell them about what being bulimic over time can do to your body... rot teeth, rot esophagus etc.

If it is bad, you should tell your mom or a counselor at school. Just be there for your friends.
