Friends - October 2006

Somone dude has been taking smack about me for quite awhile, and he lives about 2 hours from where I live. I've known him for about 5 years. We're not really good friends, we just know each other. He's been talking trash about me and it's really getting to me. Do I have the right to call him and respectfully tell him to stop doing what he is doing? He is around 24 yet I'm 18 and I'm acting more mature about this than he is. It's just craziness. I'm not going to say what he is saying about me because it's not true and it's not the greatest thing.

okay after getting my lunch and left my lunch at the center of the table and told some guy to watch it for him. He agreed. I left to go register for the PSATs and also to nominate people for homecoming. when i returned my binder was messed up. My papers everywhere. Then this girl told me what happened. He and her friend had been pushing each other then by accident the girl tipped over my stuff. the girl did not even put it back on the table. My friends told me i should ask the girl who tipped it over to clean my binder and stuff. I didn't. I saw the girl and she sat at my table. i asked why she did it. she claimed it was an accident. I asked her how would she like it if i threw her stuff on the floor and did not pick it up. Then she lied to me and told me she picked my "sh8t" up, which was obviously a lie. I told her to treat me stuff with respect. she was pissed. My friends told me it wasn't a big deal. my other told the girl to ignore and that i was weird. any advice, tips, etc.

I wake up one morning and they were in bed 2gether. Today, I'm getting ready for bed he comes over,and asks if she is gonna leave the door open she says yeah. I pretend not to hear. He comes in and lays on her bed and goes to sleep, and doesn't say a word to me, She showers and just lays on top of him. Meanwhile I'm on the otherside of the room.
Now I have a major problem with this because out of respect she could have at least asked me.Neither he or she says anything. They just come in and fall asleep.
I have to be honest this is not the only reason but the fact that I have to sit here and watch the couple sleep in bed, I have to watch this a constant reminder of what I no longer have. I am sensitive to anything regarding couples CZ of all the things I can no longer do with my boyfriend hes been dead a year now.And Plz be sensitive to this issue cuz it is just like a grieving wife it hurts just the same,Plz what should I do?I feel like God is giving me pain, for prior happiness

I tried to get yahoo messenger on here and i dont no why i cant get it.It tells me to brows and when i do,i get stuck.And my friends that i added they can leave my messages but i cant view them.Even had a friend to get on my yahoo and she was able to see the messenger box of mine and was able to view it.Now how come i cant see my messenger box if she can??

I met this guy about a week or two ago... and we talked a lot in person... but not a lot on aim... (which is why i hate it).. I'm the one doing the talking and he's just like not doing anything. I only like him as a friend... or maybe... well, I mean he's attractive and all but I want to be his friend 'cause he seems really cool. But he doesnt say one word to me on aim... but like I said we talked a lot in person... is there a problem here? Any suggestions as to what I should talk to him about?

'm a guy. Shes been my friend for 4 years. I'm 16, shes 17. When i got back to school she was different. She was resting her arm on my knee, hugged me once, and stole my hat all the time. Then all the big stuff stopped for a while. But still tries to sit next to me, bumps right into m sometimes in the hallway. Writes on my arm and i think she touches my hand. Turns out her perfect guy desription fits me perfectly.A problem is she touches other guys too. Well she wrestled with one them once. She hits them like me. But it just seems like i get more attention from her. but she claims to do it to everyone. But the big problem is shes bi. One girl leans on her and sh*it. But thats nothing really. Yesterday, all of us are hanging out. We seperate for our reasons. But somehow it was just us walking to a resturant. The walk there shes quiet doesnt say anything. Then we get there its a little shaky at first but we just talk for an hour about normal stuff. We start walking to another resturant. I tell a great joke, so she put her arm around me and tells me im awesome. Then she suggests getting another one of our friends Kelly. But she says it like everyone to go ahead but me and her would go and pick up Kelly. She goes and gets Kelly. Both of them show up at the resturant. It's just us three. Turns out the girl im worried about now and kelly are having a bad unofficial relationship. I'm just there quiet while they talk about their problems. Afterward she hugging her, talking to her, being with her as much as she can. We are talking but it seems like she would rather be with kelly. But kelly doesnt totally want anything to do with her. So what i want to know is whats going on with my friend. Does she like me and what do i do about it.

Yeah I know it's a bad idea. This is my first year in high school freshman. I have maybe about 5 friends in the whole high school. And 2 of my friends just turned on me today. And when I came home I was extremely close to suicide. I have been thinking ot gong back to Europe, and finishing school there since I lived in Europe for a long time. I feel like I don't belong anywhere. And I really don't think anyone cares if I drop out. I don't think I could go to this high school for 4 years. I have join clubs and junk. But all the people there know me already. And they don't want to talk to me. I mean ONE accident happens in grade 6 and they remember it 3 years later! It's just like LET IT GO. I am not anti-sociable. I just find people here are too hard trying to be cool and to fit in it makes me sick. I wonder if anyone is going through a time like this? I know someone must. I am not saying I am the only one with this problem. Nor do I feel as if I need pity. I just needed to let it all.

So i work with this girl and i help her move into her new house. She askes me to get her some music for her computer. so im up till like 1am getting her what she wants.Then she says she wants more. well she has a varied music taste so i said you could just comeover to my apartment and pick what you want.(she didn't like all the music i got her). She keeps telling me she'll come over so i plan my day around it.Clean my apartment everything. Well today marks the 3rd day she'd said she'd come over.She didn't(hence why im here).she also said she was busy and then later she said she was at her secret spot somewhere relaxing and said its beautiful up here (yeah,real busy)What the heck do i say? quit wasting my time? I still have to work with her and don't want to have this tension, but im getting tired of having my time wasted.

one of my best friends got out of a 4 year relationship a few months ago. they have a kid together. he just met this girl that is a few years older than him, his sisters best friend. she is 27 and has 5 kids! not that there is anything wrong with having 5 kids...but her ex-husband is prior army and got kicked out for being looney. they havent even been divorced a year. she finally just got her own place. i dont even think she works?
anyhoo, they started sleeping together a couple of weeks ago (not to mention that sh's not on birth control..hello! 5 kids = very fertile). now their seeing each other. im mad because my friend asked for my advice and i told him that i thought it was a bad idea considering her current situation. im really pissed because he's going to school and has a good job. i really think that he can do better. plus, he really has no idea what he is getting himself into! im so pissed that i almost dont want to talk to him for a while. what would you do? any advice?

I have this friend that I have known for two years and we get along awesomely. One day, I discovered that I liked her ex-boyfriend and I immediately told her because I thought it was the right thing to do. She was happy about it and told me that she would do whatever it took to get us together. Then one day, she told me that she talked to him (even when I told her not to because I wanted to do it myself) and that he said he liked me as a friend, but wanted to get to know me. I'm a little shy, so it's hard for me to be confident and flirtatious. A week later, a close friend of hers informed me that this friend of mine actually DIDN'T talk to him and was GOING BACK OUT WITH HIM! I'm angry with her, but haven't confronted her because she's been gone for a few days. Tomorrow, I'll see her, but I'm not sure how to handle the situation. NONE of my friends have EVER backstabbed me before. A little advice and guidance would be great right now.

My friends at school just don't interest (if that's the right word) me like the friends out-of-school do. I'm a sophomore in high school and I tend to not laugh at the stuff the people I hang out laugh at. And I'm tired of all the lame drama that people my age seem to go through, sometimes it's just pathetic. My friends who don't attend my school are much older than me 5-10 years older than me and I like hanging out with them more than the people in my age group. Is this wrong? Are there any problems I should know about?

so Im having a halloween party and I want to ask my crush but my bff said she is asking him and she knows I like him, but she said if I dont ask but lunch she will ask him. and thats not my only problem. If i do go with him to party, i dont know what to do because I cant dance and I tried learning A LOT of times but I just cant learn to dance. I'm having a problem. There's this person who I met couple of weeks ago at a church event that had us staying somewhere for a couple of days. I met this person and we became friends. This person was real cool and we talked and actually became friends who would actually hang out again in the future and not just for this church event. Anyway, I remember the last day of our stay this person acted as if I we hadn't even met. So I kind of felt bad and confused at the time. There wasn't even a "goodbye" or "nice meeting you." or anything like that. It's still hitting me today because I wonder all the time what I did wrong. Can anyone help?
