2 of my friends think that i am obessed wit one of my other friends, marissa, only cause im talking to her all the time. i don't have any classes wit her unless lunch is a class. well my firends said cause i talk to her a lot in the hall and stuff that im like obessed which im not it gets me so mad when they say that to me. i just have good times wit marissa shes funny and makes me laugh. how do i tell my other friends that im not obessed wit her, like wat do i say to them when they say stuff to me that gets me so mad.

It sounds like they're jealous! Like they would rather that you pay attention to them. I'd just smile, roll my eyes, and be nice. :)

You have to get the point where you know yourself and you know why you do the things you do and no matter what anyone says, you still know the truth and don't let them get under your skin. Just tell them that you are not obsessed with her and that she is a good friend and you have fun with her. Seems like they may be jealous that you spend so much time with Marissa and not them and that you seem to be having more fun with her than with them. They are jealous of you girl.... Take it as a compliment.

Just ask them if they are jealous? Did they want to be such great friends with Marissa too or do they want ALL of your attention - next time they start just say " Chill out girlfriend, I can't hold your hand 24/7, text me if you miss me" But say it with a smile so that they know it is just in fun - I am sure they will stop once they see how immature they are being...

Thats how i was thats wat they always told me well my friends name was Danica and we always hung out she always made me laugh she was a great friend and was very funny they always got me mad when they said i was obessed with her!!Then say this to your friends im not obessed she my bestfriend. or probely ur friends are jealous becuz u hang around her so much they think you dont give them that much antention!!And probely u hang around her so much its becuz shes a friends you can trust depend on My friend danica was like that!And if they still keep saying that say take it or leave it!!

Just ignore them. Simple as that. Plus, your friends must be immature or something. Girls usually love to be with one another, because that's who they are (i'm not a girl {apparently}, but still, I know how their mind works since I have 2 sisters).

Ignore them, or just tell them straight up, you aren't obsessed, you just talk about her alot because no one else gives you anything worth talking about. =]
