my best friend has been sad lately and i have asked her to tell me wat's wrong but she doesn't wanna talk about it and i just tried to talk to her on aim but she signed off when i said hi she signed off nothin said and all i wanted to do waz have a happy conversation. wat do i do now?

My friend's birthday is tomorrow, September 11. Every year ever since it happened, he has been sad on his birthday because it seemed like no one remembered his birthday and they were all too preoccupied with remembering the anniversary for September 11, 2001.

So, I was just wondering if anyone had an ideas on how to cheer him up...I already made him a birthday card, and I got him a really cool present that I know he will like.

All I need are some ideas on how to cheer him up tomorrow, and ideas on how to avoid the 9/11 subject.

My mom recently joined an online crafts forum and she met a woman on it who wants our home address. Supposedly, some of the people on the forum like to send each other cards and care packages every once in a while. It sounds like a really nice thing and my mom could use something like that, but both our family and this woman live in Illinois. Should we give her our address or not?

She sits in the front of the classroom and i sit in the back. Sometimes, she'll turn all the way around in her desk and look at me. Also, the class was doing a project out in the hall, and instead of standing by her friends, she came and stood like a foot from me. Does she like me or what?

I know I do! I really wish I can find someone to get to know. Its hard finding true friendship you know.. I am 23 years old and I hope oneday God will bless me with a great female friend! I see other people with close friends and I would love that..The reason why I haven't connected I guess is because I am the only child and I was always used to being by myself. Nowadays I long for a true friend...Is there anyone out there that wishes the same as myself?

I tend to be pretty busy with school and work, so instead of calling people I will just e-mail them every now and then. A girl wrote to me, "we are friends, you don't have to e-mail me you can call me anytime" I e-mailed her back that e-mail is more convenient for me so I e-mail. I never called her. Now she is pissed off at me and doesn't reply to my e-mails or if she replies it will be less than a sentance. Am I missing something? What do you think of the situation?

I've been having this friend for almost 10 years. Last week he asked me out. We went out for not even a day, we decided it felt too strange to date each other. We broke up with each other and now we are acting as if nothing has happened. I used his football jersey at our first football game. When my friends found out about this, his jersey and dating situation, they responded with, "I thought he hated you." More than onr friend said that. I felt very sad after that, and have had no heart to call him, and tell him about this. My friends act like they know him so well. So it made me feel sad, as if they knew everything about him. What if he does hate me. I'm very mad, and broken hearted. Only because I thought he and I were bestfriends. Someone please help me with this.

My best friend aparently has been bi all his life
and didn't tell anyone
and with him knowing how much i despise bi, gay and lesbians
he still took my heart this summer
we kissed a few times
and i always felt the magic
but now that he's announced that he's bi i feel very uncomfortable around him
he's very pissed that i took it so badly
i don't know what to do
i don't want to loose my friendship with him
but i don't want to have feelings for a bi guy
(if your bi don't take this offensivly, its just my moral and relgious standards)

My friend is using me! Whenever she has no friends to come over or hangout with she comes to me. And the next day at school I will try to talk to her or hangout with her and she ignores me. She hangs out with COOL kids.....and sporty kids. I ain't into sports and I think im cool. So please help me with this problem...what can i do to stop this!!!
