We ar smole group of six friends but we dont have leader or boss.So i ask now, how to lead some little group like that.Nobody dont take any actions about that, so i am first of my friends, so pls give me the answer or advice,thanx!

If you have a group of six friends, no one should be the boss of anyone.
A friendship is not based on being bossy towards one another and you don't need a leader when it comes to friendship.

I dont think a group of friends really need to have a boss just have fun.

Its not easy to be boss. u have to motivate ppl to achieve certain goal with in certain period of time.
if ur just concerned about ur friends then u need to worry about economy.
Initiative is very important
u have to access the work how much achieved how much left.
statergy or diffrent method to achive target.
Analysing problem
taking care of the subordinates
Leader r grow by themselves
u cannot be leader by going through book
