My daughter will be staying at a friend's house for 2 nights while my husband and I go out of town. What would be an appropriate gift to give to the family that my daughter stays with? We aren't very close friends, (we don't hate them or anything), but our daughters are very close. Their family consists of husband, wife, a ten year old daughter and my daughter's best friend who is 13 years old. Anyone have any ideas?

My friend alyssa has a friend named Emily and Emily thinks i'm Really annoying.the funny thing is,is that i'm really shy around people,but when i know them a lot i talk to them more and feel comfortable around them.but the point is,is that Emily thinks i'm really annoying.I don't really talk to her.i only talk to her like hardly ever though.Sometme she's the one who strike up the conversation but still thinks i'm annoying.I personally think that she is the annoying one.My question is why in the world does she think i'm annoying even though i hardly talk to her????

I have a group of friends and they ALL have boyfriends or is now talking to a boy and would eventually go out. There are mainly 5 of us. and 2 had boyfriends and the other 2 are talking to boys which would lead to them going out. I still dont have a boyfriend and I feel like an oddball. well i had bought one to this guy i have a crush on n i hadnt put my bname on it i put secret admirer.
days passed it was the last day to buy them. n i saw a girl that i really dont have a good frienship with her she was buying one crushed can to the same guy i send one.
i got jelous n i decided to change secret admirer to my name
but now i kinda regret it now because i dont even talk to that guy.
should i talk to him before they give it to him the letter or just wait
