Who cares what she thinks. She's not even your friend. Not everyone has to like you - and you don't have to like everyone.

People like to make judgements about other people, regardless of whether they know them or not. You see a celebrity on tv and you say "God I hate her, she's annoying". You don't know that actress, you are only seeing a blip of her professional work. Still, people judge.

Stick to the people that enjoy you as you are and don't make you feel bad about yourself. Concern yourself with better things.

I think the reason why she thinks you're annoying is because you don't even talk to her that much. You're shy around people you don't know and it takes a while to get to know people. Talk to your friend Emily and let her know that what she said bothered you, if you really want to do that. Talk to her more and get to know her. Once you do that, she will not think that you're annoying anymore. Otherwise, make new friends who will accept you for who you are.

That's the reason she thinks you're annoying is because you don't talk. It's very annoying when you try to talk to someone and they barely talk. Some people mistake shyness for being stuck up.
