ok, my friends love me but they tell me i have a problem, they say i'm stuck on myself.. yeah i think i look good cause i do and i talk about myself alot but i just have a high self esteem... last time i checked, that was a good thing! is it really bad or are they just over reacting?

I hate it when people always say how good they look. Especially when it is a girl. There is a very big difference between thinking you look good, and telling people that you look good. It is very annoying too when you are always talking abut yourself. Why would your friends lie to you about that. Listen to them.

Well there is a difference between being confident and having a high self esteem and being cocky.. If you think you are better than ppl then you might have a problem.. But if you dont then you are ok.

This is totally ok because if no one else loves you then you and God do. If you dont think that you are beautiful and a queen then no one else will. Love yourself its the love you know that will always be real because you aint gone lie to ya self. Tell the haters to build up there confidence and self steam and get some business bout them selves. Girl love you, like you and pamper yourself you are a queen no matter what they say or how much they dislike it they cant touch your inner beauty.

good self esteem is awesome, but being cocky is not. there is definitely a line between the two. if your friends are already telling you that they think you are stuck on yourself then i would suggest trying to work on it a bit.

Well it could be a bit over the top. You just need to make sure that you offer your friends as much compliments and support as you offer yourself. They may not have the same esteem level you have so this could get rather annoying.

It is good to like yourself but to brag and tell everyone how good you think you look is a different ball game That is not fun to be around!! Watch what you say or you will lose friends.Good luck.

Bragging is never a good thing in my opinion. Maybe you should consider toning it down a little bit so that people don't perceive your self-confidence as *********.

dude i already don't like you (just joking, kinda). it's okay to have self-esteem but just keep it to yourself. or tone it down a little. because i don't think you'll have a lot of self-esteem when all your friends leave you cause you're annoyingly cocky.

Everyone should like themselves.Talking about one's self too much can def be seen as self centered though.Like yourself but don't go around talking about how wonderful and beautiful you think you are.Humility is much more attractive then conceit!

it's good to be self confident, but it can be annoying if that's the only thing you talk about. Find something else to conversant about when with friends other then yourself.
