An ex co-worker of mine works for a company and he encouraged to leave my current job for a posistion at his present company. He helped me with my resume and spent a great deal of time with me answering questions and even invited me for a tour of his company and introduced me to everybody. While I was interviewing the interviewee told me that he had gone on and on about how wonderful I was and how I would be great for the posistion. Needless to say I got hired. How should I properly thank him. That was soooo great!

She isn't a friend but we have workstudy 2gether.Her entire family is a little slow, but she makes $7 an hour saved about 2months of pay checks and bought $400 Gucci shoes.
That I dont' care about.
But when she told me about them I told her they were cute and she said 'These are btter that cut do't be jealous and thats when the argument began.
She said she bought them cuz people used to talk about her and how poor she is. But $400 shoes don't look good with a $10 outfit!Instead I told her that byin stuff outside ur means wont make anyone stop talkin about u, or like u! They will talk about u if u were rich or poor. She is a bit slow and her family is dirt poor, I didn't mention that I just said that I was gonna remove myself from the conversion cuz I know that somethin isn't clickin in her head.I told her

A family friend is 55 years old.

She met her husband and married about 4 years ago.

They bought a house and then took all the equity out to start a new business that the wife wanted to start.

Her husband tried to make this business work, but after a year they were in major debt because the business location. (no customers)

He told her that he wanted to sell the house and pay off all their debt and move elsewhere.

He said he needed to be in a new place that was less hectic for his mental health.

She is very stubborn and told him he could divorce her because she would never do what he wanted.

He killed himself two months later. He left a note saying life was too stressful and the money issues were too much.

She got a life insurance policy for $300,000 and now is living her dream.

She says she feels like its all her fault because she didn’t cooperate with him.

What do you think of this situation? Its heartbreaking for everyone.

Went out to party it was my birthday and i woke up with my bestfriends boyfriend. I dont remeber much about what happened that night and to make matters worse i live with her boyfriend , two other guy friends from high school since i have always been a tom boy and her. I am know almost 5 months and starting to show and dont know what to do and this is killing me. Do you know me? I'm the guy who says good morning everyday. Maybe I'm the guy who opens the door for you every morning as you head to your office. I might be the guy at the school caferteria that you feel comfortable talking to for just a minute or two as we drop trash in the recptical. Maybe I'm a good friend of a friend that you feel totaly relaxed talking to about everything and anything. Perhaps when dates don't go right or promotions don't come your way or weekend friends just p*ss you off, you lean on my shoulder or you unload your problems. I listen and I listen some more. I have a soothing quality. I put you at ease because I'm different. I truly am a friend you trust with your deepest problems and darkest secrets. We have know each other forever, or perhaps it just seems that way.Your friends hate me. alright wierd scenario

there is this guy weight is like 400 lb or something and he has a leg problom he cant run and limps with his leg most people would be kind having the probloms this guy is a dick ugly pimples everywhere and insults people in funny ways people like him cause he is funny well anyways if he pisses me off enough is it a good idea to rip on him hes not mentally retarted just a ahole it so easy to rip on him but i get a scared makin fun of him it seems the same as pickin a mentally challenged what u think

1. People, I am college and often dont know what to say, when to say & how to say and that kinda screws my image up. How do I change this aspect of my approach? I really look like a joker at times.

2. Since "1" didnt work wonders for me (but I still want an answer for it), I'm kinda re-inventing myself. I often let my friends make a fool outta me and let them get away since I feel and they temme, that its all for fun. But thr are limits rite? How shud I conduct myself that ppl dont kinda make a fool outta me and/or send them a clear mssg that its too much coz if u get too heated up, ppl shall trouble me even more and if I continue letting lose, I'll have no repute left.
