You just do. If they talk to much you tell them straight out, because people that talk too much tend to get insulted by someone telling them they talk to much, whether you tell them politely or directly. They don't take it the right way. So you might as well tell this person to slow down on the talk.

I always say slow down my ADD just kicked in you're talking to much and usaully the person laughs and catchs what I'm which is shut up please.
