Friends - September 2006

There's a person in my PE walking class and I want to get to know that person better. We do stretches first then walk the whole class away. There's a time where we wait until the teacher gets to a point in class though. How do I start talking to that person? Can I ask "What's your name?" and continue from there like "How many semesters you have been in here?" or something when we are waiting for the teacher to get here or do i start talking to that person after we finished our exercises? I need a general tips. I asked that person "What time is it?" one time though and got the answer though. How do I get to know that person better? When's the perfect time to talk to that person? How am i suppose to analyze how interested is the peson? Like what would you do if you were me?

...because we became friends via another friend and mainly just talk on messanger because its cheaper. He's more of an internet friend because we live in different cities (met him while in another city)

Shall i just go cold turkey, lock him off and never talk to him again? I just want to be friends but i think im starting to feel a lot more - shock horror! THATS SO LAME!

My hub has had a moment 2 years ago with a common married female friend we have. my hub and her kissed and made out at her place and they afterwards said it's better if they don't do anything more and again cause they are married and it's not right. However why is it that my hub cannot stop observing the woman when we see her at parties? Why can't he stop gazing in her eyes or up and down her white blouse with white camise she has one underneath? Why he gotta look in her eyes and hold it there with her most of the time? And the emails as I have read some they all come from the woman who writes to him. my friend (actually BFF!) has always been there for me, and she's always been the one to help me get through tough times and laugh when i feel like dying. but what should i do since she is the reason why i feel that way? i have no one to turn to and i feel horrible. we were really good friends and she would always tell me how great i was to her.. now nothing seems to matter to her accept this other girl. im friends with this other girl though. she still says we're bffg's(best friends forever, gangsta - it's our thing..) but she signed "BFF" on the other girls book and they are all over eachother. i cry every night and hold back tears when my EX BFF asks if somethings wrong. i can't explain it anymore than i am right now. honestly, i feel broken.

Okay....So for the first week of school i couldn't get my lockar open so there was this guy who has a lockar next to me and i kept asking him to open it for me and then today at school i gave him 3 dollars for opening it....was this a good thing casue for the rest of the day he was acting weird!

my best guy friend is moving away to new hampsire [i live in jersey] so i probably will not be seeing much of him, maybe once a year at the very most.

and i just want some good ideas for a moving away gift. i already know i'm going to get me and him matching necklaces [as stupid as it sounds, i found some really "cool" ones the other day.]

So , Ive had these friends for quite some time. most of them since I was 17 and now Im 22. We have all done everything together, gone on vacations, hang out with eachother all the time. (guys /girls mixed groups by the way.) I love them all so much, but lately I have been wanting to get away from them. I feel as though Im beginning to grow out of the drinking till we're passed out and smoking until we dont know our own names. There is never anything intelligent to speak about, and when I try to bring up new topics, like world issues and politics, environment, I get blank looks and they have no clue what Im talking about. Is is me? have I become snobby? or am I outgrowing these people? If so, where can I meet people who like to have intelligent communication?

I talk to this guy online, and he hasnt come online or texted me in only 2 days, but all this time i've thought it was about 5 or 6 days!

her mother met a man 2 years ago and he moved in with them.......he is very controlling and can be violent.....the violence was focused on the mother,but he is now attacking the daughter.....i know all this cos she has confided in my daughter....i dont know the mother well enough to say any thing to her.......the daughter is worried that if she says any thing the 2 of them will deny every thing and she will end up in a worse situation....what can i do?

Ok, i am a girl in high school and i have a tiny prob. There are these 3 people who pretend they are my friends. There is this other person who is my BFF. Those 3 people are (not real names) Jojo, Anny, Tara. So Jojo, told my BFF Zoni, that she hates me. Zoni told that to me and i said that Jojo should say it in my face.
