I a a 20 yr. old female, that is dating a 36 yr. old. I have a sister that is 12 and 6. my six yr. old sister and I are very close. WHen My boyfriend was 23 he was with a 17 1/2 Yr. old. I ask my mom if my sister can come stay a night or the weekend, and she says no, that everyone would be pissed at here. I ask why and she says because nobody trusts Dan (my b/f)! I think him being with an almost 18 yr. old is a poor excuse for them to think he would do something to my sister. it's sick. My family all liked him, until i moved in with him. He treats me good, and is notr the kind of guy tht would do something like that. He was even hesitant in dating me, because I am so much younger, but I act a lot more mature then most 20 yr. olds nowadays. What do i do, he isn't that kind of a guy. I don't know if my mom is just withholding my sister from me because she knows she is my everything, and things I would break up with dan if I couldn't see my sister? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lost astronomical sums of money,I just cant stop heavy drinking. The following day ,after a drinking spree, I regret a lot and the next moment I lay my hands on money...I do have that strong craving for one pint of beer and it is one after the other untill dawn. Is it normal? My bank account is always overdrawn. I am 31and got divorced with something related to my drinking habit 2 years now..Want to stop this habit but I just cant. Any ideas please. I am stranded.

friends and family about what really happend to try and protect us and keep them from being friends with their family. Now I wonder if it would have been better to tell the truth because people are still associating with him anyway. He is very manipulative and I feel he will work his way back over to our friends in the neighborhood. I know he did not do them any wrong so I cannot expect them to not at least be friendly. I feel like telling everyone the truth. I am so confused right now and really am struggling with what to do. We are in counseling and are using our faith but I am still struggling, have not had a chance to really deal with this the way I feel I need too I guess.

I haven't really started 'dating' this guy but I've been talking to him now for two weeks and he is a fabulous, sweet hearted guy. When I'm not talking to him, I miss him like crazy. (He's the same way with me) I don't want to rush things because things go horribly and I don't want that. So I keep holding back from saying those 3 special words, but I want to tell him so much.
