My husband left for an off-district (he's a wildland firefighter) on Friday. His best friend (who happens to be my ex-boyfriend from high school) lives about 3 blocks away. His wife left to go visit her family on Friday. I was at home, minding my own business, sleeping, when my phone rings at 3:30 AM! It was my husband's friend...he's drunk. He's telling me that he just called to hear my voice, that he was just thinking about me...then he tells me he "really wants to see me right now." What do I do??? What did he want?? I told my husband...so now he's fuming mad and afraid he's lost his best friend. I am friends with his wife, but we're not that close...I'm assuming since she hasn't called me - that he hasn't told her what he did. He left my husband a voicemail apologizing...that he just wanted someone to talk to, playing it off like it was nothing. I was mad and really uncomfortable. Am I overreacting? Is this going to be blown out of proportion when my husband gets home?

I left my boyfriend about a month ago. We were apart for about a week. When we were apart I started seeing another guy. My boyfriend is also the father of my beautiful, our beautiful son. We are back together but things are very rocky. He told me he needed a break from me and wants to live apart because it's to hard for him to deal with everything living under the same roof. He told me it hurts him to know I was in the arms of another man. I didn't have sex with the other man or anything but he is just afarid I will leave him again for another guy. My question is how do I prove to him I don't want anyone but him? I love this man and I need to prove to him how much I really do love him and I really do want to be with him. (My son's father) What can I do or say to help him get over me leaving him? I want to be this man's wife some day. I am willing to do anything. I'm afarid if he moves out he won't come back.

So if one was to have a blind date and they waited hours for the other person to show, and that person did not, is it safe to assume that perhaps that the first person was seen ahead of time by the second and the second decided it wouldn't be worth her while? I have dated this guy for 3 1/2 years now. I have helped him raise and care for his 3 yr old since she was born.... he has lied to me about anything he felt wasn't my business... and then he starts chatting with regular girls he put in his friendship box and he tells me that they are just friends.... then I find out that he never told those girls that he was spoken for!! He said he was single, then I find out that while I am sitting at home with nothing paticular to do, or I was sleeping.... he was taking this one girl out to the bars and then out for breakfast!!! She told me that nothing happen as far as anything more then kissing.... he thinks he I should be happy and excepting and proud that he was physically loyal!! And that she was just a friend... and yet he was leading her on the whole time and wouldn't introduce her to his room mate!! ever... He was dating anyother girl behind my back!! what would you ladies do? Try to hang in there for him to change, or dump him, and go on?
