Different people have different views of what love is; therefore, I guess what you are asking is how will you know when someone feels about you the way you feel about them when you are in love with them... one way is to ask some questions to yourself about the way the person treats you and the way they speak with you and those answers may help. How to know someone really loves you? It's something unexplainable. It's everyday little things, such as holding hands, thinking about each other, calling each other....when you have good news or bad....he/she is the first person you run to. It's loving unconditionally and accepting that person for whom and what they are. When do you know someone loves you. When that person has seen you at your best, at your worse, all dressed up, fresh out of bed w/o makeup...and still thinks you're the most beautiful person on earth. And he can make you feel every possible emotion in a matter of minutes...from happiness to sadness to excited or passionate......
Note: Always wait for the one person that will kiss your forehead.....(that's something my great-aunts used to tell me).
When a man really loves you, he'll cuddle with you and kiss your forehead. When a man wants to get in your pants, he'll give you tongue!

i think part of it is that yes, you think about him/her all the time, u can't wait to spend time w/ him/her, that kind of thing.... along with that, however, i think if what is also really important is that the person makes u feel safe, secure, supported, cared for, loved, attractive, wanted... basically everything u ever needed or wanted is satisfied thru this person and their ability to take care of you. u respect and appreciate this person, and that person does the same for you.
