I have dated this guy for 3 1/2 years now. I have helped him raise and care for his 3 yr old since she was born.... he has lied to me about anything he felt wasn't my business... and then he starts chatting with regular girls he put in his friendship box and he tells me that they are just friends.... then I find out that he never told those girls that he was spoken for!! He said he was single, then I find out that while I am sitting at home with nothing paticular to do, or I was sleeping.... he was taking this one girl out to the bars and then out for breakfast!!! She told me that nothing happen as far as anything more then kissing.... he thinks he I should be happy and excepting and proud that he was physically loyal!! And that she was just a friend... and yet he was leading her on the whole time and wouldn't introduce her to his room mate!! ever... He was dating anyother girl behind my back!! what would you ladies do? Try to hang in there for him to change, or dump him, and go on?

Why would he change? He has a girl at home who helps take care of his daughter and tolerates him dating other girls! You can tell him to change, but he'll keep on doing it because you're not giving him consequences. You have to step out and leave. Doing these things behind your back is the biggest show of disrespect to you. Someone who really loves you and cares for you, will put you and your needs first before theirs. He's not doing that. He only cares about himself. After all that you have done for him, that is the least that he owes you.
3.5 years is a long time and it's going to be hard, but in a little while, you'll realize it was the right thing and you'll be glad. Don't let 3.5 more years go by, because you'll never get that time back.

Dump Him he can't tell the truth about anything so it seems...and he won't stop lying cuz he has to keep lying to cover up the previous lies...You can do much better for yourself...Why be stuck with a lying loser when you could have a honest guy and believe me there is one out there...Besides you will be much happier withouthim...not as much stress

Not only is he lying but you know he's cheating. I would definitely not hang in there. There is nothing to hang around for except getting used, abused and walked on. Get out of there and for god sake let him take care of his own child. You think maybe that's what he's keeping you around for ?
