I have been divorced 8 years and my ex can't talk to me after being married to me for 24 years his remarried wife who was my friend who broke us up doesn't allow it. Plus he did some bad things in the divorce to me. He is allowed zero contact no phone or email.
I am invited for Christmas this year at my adult sons house the ex is not. If I don't go he is invited. The son called to give me first option and choice. It is long distance for any of us over 1000 miles.
She won't allow him to go if I am there, he can't look me in the eyes after stealing our assets in the divorce. I'm not sure what to do with all of this. I went on . Just dealing with 2 new grandchildren in silence seems sad. I can't help that his new wife is a beautiful insecure woman that knows she broke us up and that he probably still has feelings for me. This is just life I suppose but should I feel bad that I seemed to have gotten the kids in the divorce? I sowed love and am reaping it now, but feel bad.

I've been married for seven years, very happy most of the time. Our sex life is above average, 2-3 times/week. I love her very much and want to grow old with her.
But I'm still pretty young (30), good looking, and women are attracted to me. Over the last 6 months, while travelling, I have cheated on her twice. Both were quick one-hour-stands.
I know why it happened: I have a high sex drive, I loved the attention I was getting, I liked the naughtiness, and I loved feeling and smelling another woman.
Our marriage is pretty open, but this would absolutely devestate her. To me, it was just sex, but to her it would mean the break of our trust.
I would love to say that I could stop right here, never cheat on her again, and that's that. But I'm not sure. As much as I love her, the thought of just sleeping with one woman for the next 40 years is bugging me.

Please reserve your judgement - I'm looking for prof advise or from someone in the same situtaion.
Do I tell her? Do I need prof. help?

I am on a committee (actually co-captain) and this is my first time arranging fun for an entire office! We only have a $50 budget, although we can request more. I need to come up with activities that can be done in September. So far I have thought of a Scavenger Hunt, Treasure Hunt, Office Olympics (nerf javelin, croquet, mini golf), box car races (like cub scouts pine derby style). I need some more ideas. Is there anything you ever did at work as a group that was a blast?? Or anything you wished your work would do for a fun event for everyone?
