This fall I'll be entering Yale University as a freshmen. I'm very excited for this. I'll be able to learn so much about myself in the next four years. However, I want to slowly pull myself away from my parents. Dont get me wrong, i love them so much, they have supported me through everything so far. But now i feel like i should be able to experience things on my own. My mom and dad are doctors that work at the hospital. All my life ive been known as the "little rich kid". Since college is a fresh start, i dont want to be known as the "little rich kid" anymore. I want to see how far i can get without my parents money, with the exception of the school tuition. I dont want to hurt their feelings in the process either. How can i convince my parents to let me do this?

I have been married for over twenty years, and have been living seperately from my estranged husband for over a year and we have four children, two of which are minors. If I decided to move out of state to be closer to family, could I be in trouble with the law?? I am not moving to be vindictive, but he does not financially support our kids and this separation is taking a toll on me health-wise.

I really like this guy and we talk all the time, we sat next to each other in 5 out of 8 classes. But he says he only likes me as a friend and he has a girlfriend BUT he also tells me im pretty and he still does want to be like more then friends. He has a girl friend. I really like him and I don't like to see him hurt by his girlfriend, but he jsut won't listen to me! What do I do? Do I sit him down and talk to him, or let him come to his senses on his own? I always tell my friends "If you like a guy, tell him and if he doesn't like you don't let it get you down" and they always say practice what you preach. But I guess it's harder for me to do what they do. Do guys like a girl that can say how she feels? Or do they like a girl that holds her tongue? PLEASE HELP ME!!! im me at::

Friday is our 5 year anniversary and our love life has been a bit ho-hum for the last several years (alright almost our entire marriage). I often wonder if he just sees me as a "nice girl" who doesn't want to try new things (when we met I was a virgin and made him wait about 18 months, I am also a Christian). He also never suggests new things and is very passive during sex- letting me be in control all the time. To try to bring some spark I convinced him to rent a hotel room for Friday night with a jet tub- to further clue him in I left him a gift this morning when I went to work (a small red bag containing a black thong, massage oil and a suggestive card). He found the gift, but didn't email or text message- I don't know if he thought I was crazy. I just don't know what else to do to get his attention. I am becoming afraid that I am going to totally put myself out there tomorrow and have him reject me. I shouldn't feel this way about my husband, should I? I just don't get reassurance.
