I don't think there is any harm in having such fantasies during a married relationship ... and based on personal experiences I can say whats more important is that you communicate with her on this topic ...
tell her about your sexual fantasies when you guys are hot n horny ... prior to that make sure the setting is right, she is slightly tipsy (so she can be uninhibited and responsive), both of you are comfortable and not in any rush ... when discussing such matters don't tread on dangerous grounds immediately ... go gradually, checking her thoughts out on the way and listening to her ( most important) ... you will get all your clues to how interested she is during this conversation and you will also get to know what turns her on most ....
Now, once you have that basic idea, steer the direction of your conversation to helping her fulfill her deepest, most obsessive, recurring fantasy of all time... tell her its okay to have such thoughts .. and that you are glad you talked ... from there onwards its up to you ...you can tell her about your favorite fantasy involving her and another woman, and offer to help her live out her fantasies ( which is only fair but beware, be acceptable and be chill) .. your fantasy is about to come true and so is your wife's !!!

Just try talking to her about it. But when you do let her know that she is all the woman that you need but that you are wanting to experiance this fantasy of yours. See what she says. Maybe you could start the conversation by asking her about her fantasies and then after she tells you hers then you can tell her yours and then slowly bring that into the conversation that you want to try that out. You might actually be surprised, she might say yes. Good luck to you. Oh, if you do this try to make sure that it is not a friend of yours or hers, that might make it harder to accomplish and could cause jealousy.

maybe you could offer to have a threesome with her, you and another guy first to make her more comfortable? (after all it's only fair:) or ask if she would be with a woman while you watched? sometimes women are more comfortable with that as jealousy is not as involved.
