i saw a journal and in the journal he had 3 exgirlfriends names written and next to their names he wrote: "In, out and over". what does this mean and should I be concerned?

He lives an hour away. We both work a lot and he's bad at calling when he says he will. Sometimes he goes for days without calling even though he promises to call. And when I call him he doesn't answer. Our plans are always last minute. Is this normal for long distance relationships? How do I make this work better?

my friend recently got into an argument with her husband. The husband began getting physical, and before she knew it, she was being choked and beaten while her 12 year old son watched helplessly. When she told me that he had hit her, I immediately called the crisis center and got an appointment with the abuse prevention officer in the area. Her husbands family is now blaming me because I told her to do what I thought was the right thing. He was arrested and charged with attempted murder and assault and battery with the intent to murder as well as a slew of other charges. How do I deal with the husbands family? I had no choice, and she is the one who pressed charges, not me,

Im 23 yrs old I lost my virginity when I was 12. I got pregnant at 17 and havent had sex with any one but my daughters father since I was pregnant. He actually went to prison when I was about 7 months and has been in prison since... he wont be out till 08... (my best friend is actually his cousin I met him thru her..) Ive known her since i was 12 and was very permiscuis thru my teens...its been about 5 years since Ive been with anyone and honestly.. having a child changed my life.. sex is no longer what "its" about anymore. I enjoy staying home with my daughter and just being a mom... when my friend I talk, we sometimes talk about sex, as girlfriends do, when I say how long its been for me shes always says Yeah right, You dont have to lie to me.. or yeah sure, I've explaned sex is not what gives me satisfaction anymore..she claims im "waiting" for him but I'm not.. I dont date. not that I dont want to its there are more important things going on in my life...
