Okay - about a week or so ago, Bettierage and Sookie asked about what songs should be MANDATORY in all bar jukeboxes and what songs should be BANNED from all bar jukeboxes.

Since we decided that this would be a fun bar to hang out in (dollar pitcher day, anyone?), and alcohol consumption leads to karaoke....

What songs should be REQUIRED karaoke singing, and what songs should be STRICKEN from karaoke catalogs everywhere? Doesn't matter if you can't sing a note - anything goes!

you play trills with your hands as much as possible inside the keyboard and it almost sounds like the notes are trembling. It's soft and it's like holding a chord or an octave. I see people doing it while playing octaves and it sounds really nice. Nelson Freire did that somewhere I think.

Ok. I have had this park of a song stuck in my head and its really annoying me. I think its a group of people. It reminds me of a show type of song (probably is). Hello I just purchased a used piano. I bought it because I liked it and it had a great price on it. The wood and keys need to be clean and polished. I would like to make the piano look shiny and not old. I know absolutley nothing about pianos. I cannot afford to have it restored by a professional. I do not want to ruin the pianos value, if it has any, by painting it or doing anything that shouldn't be done to a piano. Does anyone have any experience with restoring old pianos? Help!
