Probably something like Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple, or Slow Ride by Foghat. AC/DC has many easy songs too if you're looking at simple Rhythm guitar parts.

Gloria or Wild Thing; you gotta go back to when things were simple and if you knew three chords, you could play just about anything in rock. Smoke On the Water is only easy on the intro and refrain; after that it gets a little tricky if you play it correctly.
