Why are Emos so emo? Because you gotta be proud to go to school with girl pants on!

Why does metal rock so ****** hard? Cuz you gotta be proud to be able to melt somebody's face with a guitar riff.

Why do korn fans not give a **** about anything? CUZ THEY ARE PROUD TO BE TOPHEADS!

Why do little girls love FOB so much? Because they are proud to not know half the **** Patrick is singing or be able to interperet half the lyrics they do hear.

Why am I always picking on FOB? I actually love FOBs old ****.

Why do Mr. and Mrs. Wayne have to point out their son's small stature?
At least Mr. and Mrs. Z tried to compensate for their silly last name by giving Jay a normal name.

Parents of rockers can be mean also, but it seems like rapper parents are the worst offenders.

I have been playing guitar for about six years now. I have messed around with bass for a while but just started taking it seriously a few weeks ago. I have very large hands and long, strong fingers, so I can play better than a normal amateur might. I already know all the theory behind playing (chord structures and roots, scales, keys/modes, chromatics, etc,), and I have a good handle on the rhythm end of playing. But is there anything I should know as I go into this? What good habits should I be forming early and what bad habits should I be avoiding? I always play with all four fingers on the fretboard, with each finger corresponding to its fret (i.e. first position: 1st finger, 1st fret; 2nd finger, 2nd fret, etc.) and I almost despise the use of a pick. I want to get into some jazz, blues, or R&B (I know that's "blues" again, but...), and anything really rhythmic and groovy, but also upbeat and interesting. Although my roots are mostly in shitty punkish stuff. Any advice? Songs?Tips?

Give me some good, solid Hard Rock. Not any Heavy Metal, with all the pounding bass drums. And not any oldies like Zeppelin, Guns N Roses, etc, because I know all those oldies. I'm talking about stuff that pumps you up, Stuff with pounding riffs, but still maintains some melody. Thanks for any help!

What was the name of this song and by who?
It was really popular around a year or 2 ago and I think the chorus ended with "have a nice day"... "have a nice day." I think it also had "turning around" and "one more time"
I think the guy singing was bold, playing a guitar and I remember green in the video.

UGH! I can justsee it now. Someone REALLY NEEDS to go to rehab and they start singing her *!#*! song!

Having lived with an alcoholic drug abuser for years, I really HATE that song. The music behid the song is good, but the lyrics are completely irresponsible.
