I find it to be a very thought provoking song. There's a lot of truth in that song. Yup. Me and my dad are good examples of this song. Sadly he's gone. He passed Feb 06.

Yeah so my guitar teacher told me about this good brand and I'm pretty sure it started with a "G" but I can't remember. He said that the maker of Fender guitars teamed up with this other guy and they created this new brand and the name was a combination of their last names or something. He said it's not as well known as Fender and some others but its still good. If anyone knows the name I would be very thankful!

What is it that makes music so controversial these days? Is it because of the so known "devil" bands?
Is it because of metal, rock or rap?

Metal and rock was something I got into around my infant days. And now everything seems to be blown out of proportion!
Whats wrong with music that gets people get ticked off?

Our band (Clarkston Country) has a very IMPORTANT GIG coming up and I'm looking to sing some FRESH songs! They must be CLASSIC of course, not too much of a TEAR JERKER though. they play it on 104.1 madison all the time but i have never heard it any where else. it sorta sounds like possibly ashley tisdale but i don't think it is... it is like pop but a rapper does a small part in it too

Ideally I'd like an instrument that's as natural and direct as singing. (A kazoo is obvious, but its sound is too loud & unpleasant in my opinion.)

How long does it take to reach a level of proficiency on a musical instrument that allows you to express the notes in your head without having to think anymore about where to place your fingers, etc.?
