I came across this dreamy love song somewhere in 1997 to1999. The problem is I do not know the lyrics except that it's really lovely and dreamy. Emotion provoking song.

I really hate to over-generalize, but... What categories of Musicians do you think are out there (e.g. Classical, Hip-Hop, Rock, etc.), and what do you think characterizes them? Are they compatible? Is there an essential quality to the musician (or are essences b.s. and "it's all subjective")?

Some of the people at work are having a competition - we have to submit self-appraisals to our head of department, who will read them and give his own comments.

The challenge is for us all to include a well known lyric from an 80s song in our appraisal comments - but without our head of dept realising what we are doing!

Any suggestions?

Does Taylor Dane sing that 80's song and it goes..."Been around the world and I cant find my baby..I dont know where and I dont know why....." My husband just showed me an old Puff Daddy song and it had her music as well as David Bowes "lets dance" theme to it. I do wish these new singers would stop using the good tunes! LOL

Hi. The song that is playing in my mind was from the early to mid seventies. I can only remember two parts to the song.

In a falsetto: "and they call me a vigilante man"
Regular voice: "just like a woman loves you, just like a woman loves, you"

I have googled, I have yahooed, dogpiled, etc... and can not find it.

i'm gonna go berserk if i can't figure this song out, something about "she opens the door, she's got that look on her face, then something, something, "and makes you forget about eveything"? it also plays saxophone music in it. if any body knows something plz help. a guy posted here also that lisa played it on her saxophone in The Simpsons if that helps any.
