Sorry, I don't have it, but I do have a tidbit of trivia.
The "B" side to the 45rpm was the same song, backwards.
The group did not have a second song, nor $, so they just told the producer to put the same song on the "B" side, but put it backwards.

to the funny farm ...LOL.... i sang this song one time when they came to take me to surgery. every one in my ward was yelling take him a way please. this brings back memory
