I heard a song on the radio ages ago ang have been trying to track it down but don't know what it's called. The chourus contains the words "she, she, she shines on!" It sounds like it could be Morrisey or something. Does anyone know?

i have been searching for this song my friend played me and i cant get ahol of him but the lyrics go something like this...

My problems fallow me to sleep at night i just cant let go with all this stress and confertaion i just might over load....

thats all i can remember and i know its part of the chorous it has a really funky almost hip hop feel about it and a man is singing it... grr... i cant get it out of my head and i know i sound crazy but hopefuly thier is someone out there likeme who knows what its like when you just cant get a song out of your head!!!

Look, I like(d) Linkin Park, Eminem, Rage against the machine, Billy Talent, and other musical artists that no one likes. I'm trying to grow my interest towards blues/jazz and some other GOOD music genre, and I was just wondering if Starbucks music is where I should start with that. Are the CDs sold at Starbucks good? What different genres do you like, give a few examples of artists you like from different genres i'e Pop, Hip Hop, R &B, Rock, etc. I think its such a shame that so many people narrow down their musical taste to 1 type of music.

There's a lot of publicity at the moment about the words in rap music. I remember my parents not being too happy about the langauge and words in some of the heavy metal music I played.

I wasn't stopped from listening, they knew this would make the whole scene more attractive. My father did point out that if any time my behaviour deteriorated, there would be no more heavy metal.
One day, he said, I quite like that; I was horrified, my father and I liking the same music;-]
I'm not sure the words of music are a problem, it's more a way of expressing frustration...
What do you think?

I am looking for the name of this either late 80's or really early 90's band. I will tell you everything I remember about them. Please someone has to know this.

What I know about this Group
1. The group consists of caucasian kids 2 or 3 teens 1 tween (or more?)
2. One of the lead vocals was a girl in her teens and the other lead vocal was a young boy with a high girl like voice.
3. One of the songs had the words "so cold" which was sung by the younger boy. The tone of the song was slow and sad like he lost his love.
4. Another song (or it might have been the same one) spoke about losing a girl after summer was over and school was starting again.
5. The songs were pop and fairly popular.

About 5 years ago I did this same search and actually found someone who knew what I was talking about. If I find out the name of the group again I am going to write it down and keep it in my safe..lol. Please help. This is TRULY a hard group to find anything on with so many songs out there.

People who say "rap sux its all about degrading women" etc is the laughing stock of my life. There are two sad parts to that
1. people who say that are always rock fans who go through the roof when someone says "rock is all about drugs, suicide and satan
2. Its only the garbage on the friggin radio that talks about that rubbish

Old School rap had lyrics 10 times deeper than any rock.

Were there any disputes over money and what happened to the DJ's, do they still have jobs??? When was the last broadcast of the station?? Are there anymore rock stations around?
