Depends what kind of atmospheric music you are after. Try looking for public domain music / royalty free music and also if you are after kind of analogue synth type music look at software sites like Propellerheads Reason and Ableton Live and you may be able to find some stuff there.

To download the songs you would have to go to iTunes or a shop.
