Why was the station fm 107.7 sold to another company?

Were there any disputes over money and what happened to the DJ's, do they still have jobs??? When was the last broadcast of the station?? Are there anymore rock stations around?

It was known as FM 107.7 and it used to air in Santa Barbara until it changed to a Spanish format recently.
