i dont think rap is music
-there basically talking in a rythmic way
-there is usually no instruments involved and if there are there basic and aren't used much
-rhyming is not music anyone who can speak can rhyme there fore anyone can rap
-if music is about expressing emotions and sending messages and used for fun and enjoyment, then why is rap about pointless stuff like grinding with women and having a lot of money and gloating about it?
-Rap can create mixed views and can cause violence and arguements
-a lot of rap has swearing and that shows a weak vocabulary and if anyone needs to swear to say that there angry or something thats sad
-it's pointless
does anyone agree?
Rappers have no musical talent really and if there is any "good"
rap that is actually not about stupid things please share because we all should know

I was recently reading information on Chuck Norris (Carlos Norris),and found that he was a singer for many years before he started acting and karate. Did any one know that? He is supposedly one of the greatest guitarist of all times in the jazz genre. I tried to find lyrics by him but was unsucessful. One of the songs he sang was Messin Around. But I can't find anything by him, can some of you see if you can find anything? Thanks.

I'm putting together a production for my graduating class this spring and I need some ideas for great songs that would be relevant to starting our lives, hopeful futures, sadness for the past, yada yada yada.... Doesn't matter what genre really, but I prefer classic rock, new rock, and some country, a little bit of hip hop, and some techno... Give me whatever you'd like, and please be serious.

i've played guitar for a while but i dont know a whole lot about putting them together. i'm wondering if i can take pick ups from a gibson or something good like that and put them on a crappy guitar. and would that make it better?
