If you have those two and like them, I would recommend "Wish You Were Here". The album is a tribute Syd Barrett, the founding member of Pink Floyd, who died last year. Pink Floyd is my favorite band ever and it is one of my favorite of their albums.

If you are looking for a wide range of Floyd music, "Echoes", their greatest hits album is a great way to whet your appetite for other Floyd works - including very early singles and work done when Barrett was still there.

There a few other albums that must hears if you like Floyd. Meddle is the album released before Dark Side. This is the album that contains the song "Echoes" that the greatest hits album was named. "Animals" is another great one that does a great job of relating the business world to animals much the way Orwell did in Animal Farm.

By listening to "Echoes" you do get to hear things like "See Emily Play" which was a single they did in the late 60's. It would also introduce you to the sounds of Syd Barrett in songs like "Bike"-which is a departure from what you know of them. They had two early albums with Barrett called "Piper at the Gates of Dawn" and "A Saucerful of Secrets" that were released as a double album called "A Nice Pair".

Enjoy Floyd - especially the relatively unknown albums like "Ummagumma" and "Atom Heart Mother". They are truly a groundbreaking band.

I imagine you would not like the earlier Syd Barrett albums, so you should get Wish You Were Here and Animals. These are the two albums that were released between Dark Side and The Wall. Meddle is a great album released just before Dark Side and is every bit as good as the ones you have. And of course Echoes is a great collection to have. In my opinion, all of their best albums were released from 1968-1971. Enjoy and happy listening.

Wish You Were Here is a great one. If you're just starting to listen to Pink Floyd, get Wish You Were Here and Animals next. My favorite is Meddle, but it doesn't have near the rock to it that The Wall or Dark Side has. It's much much MUCH more mellow. However, I don't want to go scaring off potential fans of the best band in the world by putting them to sleep :D

It depends on one factor - Roger Waters. If your interest in Pink Floyd centers around the lyrics and voice of Roger Waters, then I would say "The Final Cut" is the best of what you don't already have. All of the elements of what made Pink Floyd great are present here and well-used. If your interest in Pink Floyd stems more from the technical wizardry of guitarist David Gilmour, who took over Waters' role after he left, then I would suggest "Pulse". It's a 2-disc live album with one disc containing "Dark Side Of The Moon" in it's entirety. The live sound is even more ethereal than their studio sound and contains David Gilmour's most masterfully controlled versions of his guitar work and solos. You will also get a nice sampling of their timeline in terms of classic songs, although sung by Gilmour rather than Waters. I personally enjoy Pulse over all the Floyd catalogue, simply because it sounds so darn good. It was released over a decade ago and I still put it in my top 5 CDs of all time.

Wish you were here is a must have. But so are Atom Heart Mother, Meddle, Obscured by Clouds these are before The Wall. Animals is awesome as well it is up to you! If you really want to dig the dirt on floyd go A Saucerful of secrets. Please don't ever by anything without Roger Waters on it because it simply is not Floyd.....

I recommend !977 title Animals. Wish you were here is absolutly fantastic but yet conceptually hard to enjoy. In Animals, you can understand the sarcasm and anger in Waters' lyrics and this can guide you to wish you were here
