With the possible exception of some classical ballods, i have never heard any songs longer than pink floyd's longest due in part to their long guitar riffs.
Shine on you crazy Diamond 26:05
if this is excluded because it was split into towo parts that still leaves Atom heart mothe (suite) at 23:39
and Echoes at 23:29

What is your all time favorite rock band and why?

I would have have to say Tool is my favorite.
Why? Maynard Keenan is a musical genius. I think his work with Tool and A Perfect Circle are amazing.

I was looking through youtube and i saw this cool video of clips of the war on terror with the music of iron maiden. Run to the Hills was the song. It seemed to go so good with the video. "white man came, across the sea, he gave us pain and misery", that little bit is
refering to the terrorists. The chorus and the solo also went good with the video. I thought it was pretty awesome. Here's the URL.

I made a beat in Fruity Loop Studio (including effects), now I want to mix it down further in *Pro Tools* at a professional studio. What is the best way to export the sound files that I used (kick, snare, etc)?

It's a cool song...has a catchy tune...but the radio station never says what it is or who sings it...

The only lyrics I know are...

Don't let them tell you you cant be
Anything you wanna be

and close to the end of it, it has some of the I Have A Dream speech

Any guesses of what it might be?
