I made a beat in FL Studio, now I want to mix it down in ProTools. What's the best way to export the files?

I made a beat in Fruity Loop Studio (including effects), now I want to mix it down further in *Pro Tools* at a professional studio. What is the best way to export the sound files that I used (kick, snare, etc)?

I'd mix as close as possible in FL then export one total file as a .wav

If you want to do separate files, do them as .wavs as well (unless your setup uses flac files, which are {supposedly} lossless sound files).

But to keep all the effects intact, I'd export all at once.
