I have been in and around music all my life in one way and another, from my childhood growing up in a pub listening to live cornish folk music to traveling with my uncle as a teenager controlling the light show at montego bay 's reggae sunsplash festvals in the late 70's and have been (as all people think) on the cutting edge of the most up to date musical influnces and feel that i have never lost touch with music in either present or past , but now feel that i need to actually play an instrument..... to give people the pleasure of enjoyment .... but am i to old to actually be able to learn the ability of mastering the art of playing an instrument to a chilled out audience. ?

ok well some poelpe have taken a notcie to limewire since its come out i was a loyal user been one since it pretty much came out and now itunes recognizes it and keeps NOt working soo now i can't use limewire and now that i deleted my limewire program files it still didn't work but luckly i re-booted my computer and now i got the ipdated itunes and now i can't use limewire unless i wanna go bak in a circle (which i don't BTW) and i don't wanna use knockoff limewires or softwares so i want to know if theres any WEBSITES that people download songs?? any help possible?

Why do 50s albums go 10 times platinum when his music aint that hot, and have u noticed how he beefs with other rappers to try sell more units, everyone 50 has beefed with has lyrically ****** up (apart from ja rule), 50 is a snitch, so why r all these hip pop fans on his d*ck? the massacre was the worst album i have ever heard.....its over 4 g unit....its g g g unot!

I looked up some tabs on the internet that I want to learn, and it says I have to tune my guitar to this:

Tuning:
D
D (Tune it up to D)
D (Tune this one down)
D
D (Tune this one down also)
B (Tune This One Down too. it will be a little loose but that's how it is)


Now the way I understand it is that where "B" is at, should be the thickest string(String 6). But the usual toning is "EADGBE" according to my tuner, then how do I possibly get string 6 to B?? My guess is I'm reading/doing it wrong.Help please!

Does anyone know of any good bands that arent mainstream? I listen to a ton of indie bands but all of a sudden they are all turning mainstream. So let me know i listen to anything but rap, screamo, and country.

i deleted all the songs i didnt want and they are still on my iPod...and i bought music from the iTunes music store and it says its updating my iPod but the music i deleted is still on there and the music i bought wont show up....what now?
