I really expected better and usually love animations, but I just kept wanting to run out of the theater screaming that my brain was being eaten by possessed old lady foofy white stupid dogs. I understand the environment thing, but what a lame story. It had it's moments, but over all, I give it and two: "Suck it, Bette Midlers" and a "Kill me quickly, Kavorkian".

This is just my opinion...what is yours?

All i know is that two teens around about the age 15 & 17 were robbing a bank. they were a couple. a boy and a girl. At the end of the movie the both of them were walking out of the bank and the boy was pulling something out of his pocket and someone screamed "he's got a gun" and the sniper shot him. And he died. So what is it.

Anyone remember this movie? it was about a guy who had never been much on computers or high tech... it was set in the early 80's when home computers were still pretty new. When the computer goes heywire he drowns it in champagne. But instead of destroying it he gives it life..

Next thing he knows, a neighbor who plays the chello has also gotten the love of a computer...

Starred Virginia Madison and a guy who would later play on Home ALone 3 (sure didnt age much in 20+ years).

If you ever saw this, what would you think of a remake? they could do so much with it today.
maybe the same guy could play "Cort" the computer again (he's still alive).

It's an oldie (1949) famous for a "long take" (nearly four minutes) with the camera planted in the back seat of the two robbers' car. We go along for the ride and endure the suspense when the dude goes in to rob the bank and a foot cop comes along and the driver (a woman) gets out of the car to deal with him. We're still there when the bank alarm goes off and the dude runs out with the $$$ and we tear off on the getaway and the couple are frantic.... Whew! All of this caps a string of boom-boom-boom stickups that's got the adrenaline already high. (There's another rush-from-robbery later on.)

Don't confuse this GUN CRAZY with a Drew Barrymore movie from 1992.

And if u love movies ... THE GREAT TRAIN ROBBERY was a landmark in 1903, for its narrative structure (cross-cutting between locations).

Have any thoughts about these? Stick 'em up!

In the movie I am thinking of, a cop goes into a diner and doesn't have the case to tip the waitress. She gets annoyed, so he promises her that if his lottery ticket wins, he will split the winnings with her. If not, he will return with a tip. The lottery ticket DOES win and he splits the money with her. Of course, a friendship (and I believe a relationship) occur later on.

I'm making a reference to it in a paper I am writing (a critique of a play with a similar plot), and I have completely blanked on the title!

Thanks!
