i remember watching this film a while ago but cant remember the name. there is a guy in the bath tub who falls asleep and starts dreaming about robbing banks but he doesnt actually rob them he destroys all the financial documents effectively deleating peoples credit history. he then wakes up to find his appartment surrounded by the police. as i say it was a while ago and some of the details may be a bit sketchy

I think the film you ae looking for is 'Wisdom,' it starred Emilio Estevez and Demi Moore, as two students who hold up banks and burns all the files relating to mortgages.

dont now the name but it was about a time when even if you thought about a crime you were a criminal yep it was minority report
