i seen a movie a long time ago at church , it was a very long movie like 4 or more vhs tapes worth. here is what i remember about it

it was about the end times
it had a woman at a clinic trying to get help for her sick baby and they refused because she didn't have the mark of the beast
it had a woman that had to stand by and watch her family or at least a member of it get their head cut off by one of them things that has the blade at the top and the person lays down and they release the blade and it cuts the head off.
and then it had a woman about to get her head cut off she was strapped up and everything and all of a sudden the earth started shaking and every1 started running and she starts trying to get loose and when she is almost loose the blade releases and cuts her head off

thats all i remember if some1 could please tell me the name of it

It is about a young girl that gets out of prison and moves to a very rural town to "start over". She works for an elderly lady in a small restaurant. The elderly lady has a son that lives in the forest that is a war veteran she is trying to "reach". The elderly lady falls and hurts herself and the young girl gets involved putting food out for the son...in the meantime they create a contest to win the grill for a small entry fee to finance the womans retirement and bring new people to the town...help! I want to buy the movie...love the story...
