What two things about Hill Valley changed by the time travel but can only be read?

It was played in the films Goal (the film about the Mexican lad who gets to play at Newcastle United) just before the big match and also lately in the film The Guardian. It's more of an instrumental song with lots of guitars and a man singing "da da da da... yeah I want you.." At least I thinks that's what he's singing. Hope someone can help... even though this description is pretty lame...

from where does that bit come? In the scene in the pouring rain when at night the "boot" says to his D.S. (Gregory Hines): "I/we shall not go quietly into that night . . . " also something to: "Saint Crispens day" I am unable to track in my own books. Please help . . .

Oft having watched the film (directors cut) it comments that the ending was dramatically altered. I also heard that the 'Directors cut' was a total joke as the director (name i cant recall) was happy with the original and didn't want no part of any directers cut.

So, can anyone fill the blanks?

Freddy Vs Jason was planned since "Jason Goes To Hell" when Freddy grabs his mask.....but how are they continuing this?! i would love to see leprechaun vs chuckie.......they're both baby dudes and both have something funny to say......how bout yall? who would ya like to see battle it out?!
