i think its a really good film even though it's long

I thought Armageddon was good. I liked the whole story & loved the cast. I usually don't like Ben Affleck's movies, but this is the rare one I thought was excellent. The love story, the daughter father thing, the American theme, all of it was great.

My wife and I liked it so much that we bought it for our video library. However, sometimes I wonder with movies that this one if the goverment isn't using hollywood to gently get us ready for some bad news that they are going to have to tell us about later on. It seems like there was a rash of these movies all of a sudden, where their were asteroids heading for Earth.

I don't think it's a great movie (well done), but I really enjoy watching it.

i think it was too long and boring.ben affleck had a lot to do with this!
